I work and live outside of Kosovo; can I get a loan with the ProCredit Bank?
To qualify for a loan with the ProCredit Bank, clients should at first live and work in Kosovo. In addition, clients should have regular monthly income from their salaries, rent, pension from abroad.
My overdraft has expired, what should I do?
If you continue to be a recipient of the salary/rent/pension through the ProCredit Bank, then you may apply for overdraft or increasing the new limit of this service through the webpage, apply here.
Which are the basic conditions/documents to receiving a loan from the ProCredit Bank?
ProCredit Bank offers loan services for the Kosovo residents. In addition, clients should meet the age criteria foreseen by the applicable regulations in Kosovo (minimum age 18 years), to receive the salary through the ProCredit Bank or to provide a letter of confirmation by the employer that the salary shall be handled through the bank or for any other income through rent or pension from abroad Kosovo.
I want to buy a new car; can I get a loan?

I am a first-time user of the e-Banking, how to access it?
Initially, access the e-Banking page via the link. Please enter the username you have obtained at the bank during the agreement for e-Banking inside the “Username”. Please write your password inside the cell “Password”, and in the new page that opens when you click, continue to “token” and enter the 6-digit token number. The token is a device which makes e-Banking transactions more secure.
I forgot the e-Banking password, how to access it?
You may change the password via the “Reset password” option which you can find on the home page of e-Banking. During the password change process, you will be asked for your email and phone number that you have registered with the bank. You will receive a notification email by the bank that a password change has been requested, therefore, in cases when you did not initiate such request and you receive such an email, it is your responsibility to contact the bank and block the service.
How does the SMS Tan function?
SMS Tan is a security method to access e-Banking. Upon activating this service, you shall receive a unique security code that will be sent to you via SMS. It is a one-time code, i.e., it is generated upon your specific request and for each request a new security code is sent. The security code that you receive via SMS is valid for 3 minutes, and after these minutes, it is no longer valid.

What are the periodic payment orders?
The periodic payment orders are standing monthly payments or transfers initiated by the beneficiary’s account automatically. To be informed on how to make standing period payment orders via e-Banking please read the Instructions for using the E-Banking service with the SMS security code here.
Which bills are paid via e-Banking?
The electric energy, water, phone, insurance, personal income tax, pension contributions, property tax, other payments for services received by budget units (ministries, courts, etc.), customs payments bills.

Why can’t I proceed further by initiating the e-Banking transfer?
In order to proceed further by initiating the transfer, please make sure that every information you have given as the initiator of the transfer is accurate. Please make sure to not include in any of the transfer description cells any symbol other than letters and digits, also the letter “ë” is not accepted.
How can I withdraw money from the savings account?
You may initiate the transfer via the e-Banking service from your savings account to your current account, and once the money appears in the account you may proceed with withdrawing the money from the ATM or the bank’s POS.
I lost my card, where can I block it?
Block and unblock your card via the mobile application 24/7 which can be downloaded here. You may call us to report the lost card at 049/555-555 and 038/555-555.

How can I generate the 3D Secure IPIN for online purchases?
The IPIN is generated automatically in your mobile phone number. It is a 6-digit code (without pay) that you must enter on the webpage once you have entered the requested data (including the card number) and have clicked the button to confirm the purchase from the “Internet shop”.
What is the withdrawal limit in Kosovo?
From the ProCredit Bank ATMs in Kosovo clients may use the ProCredit Bank card to withdraw up to 2,000 Euro. Clients may increase the card limit up to 10,000 Euro within the day using the mobile application “ProCredit Bank Kosova.
My debit card has expired, how do I renew it?
For clients who are actively using their cards, the cards are renewed automatically. Once the card is ready, the bank shall deliver it via mail to the residence address you have deposited with the bank. Whereas for clients who have two debit cards at the same time, unfortunately the card is not renewed automatically. We kindly ask you that once your receive the SMS notification by the bank that the card has expired, to contact the Contract Center at 049/555-555 or 038/555-555 for further information.
Can I get a credit card?
ProCredit Bank offers the Debit MasterCard which has the same features as the credit cards and enables payments within the country and abroad and online purchases on several webpages.
Where can I change my card’s Pin?
You may change the card Pin at ProCredit ATMs.
Should I pay for the mail when the card arrives?
No, this service is included in the monthly fee for all ProCredit Bank clients.
Can I take the card at the bank and not by mail?
Delivery of cards by mail is a service that we provide to all our clients and from now on, this is the only way to receive the bank card.
Can I activate the card and the PIN if I am abroad?
Activating the card and the PIN can be done only through the Kosovo mobile operators.
In case I am not home to receive the card, where can I get it?
Kosovo Post Service shall attempt 3 times to deliver the card to your residence address, and you will also receive the registered mail code that you can use to trace the location of your card via the post office’s portal. You may take the card also at the Post Office after agreeing with the mail person.
What happens if I cannot receive the card within 60 days?
After 60 days, the Bank shall destroy the card and in order to be issued a new card, you must apply for the service again.
Can I activate e-Banking online?
Activate e-Banking without coming to the bank. The entire process lasts only 60 seconds without any additional fees! This is valid for existing bank clients. Activate now.
Can I open an online bank account?
The process of opening an account is made through the mobile application of the ProCredit Bank, which can be downloaded from both the App Store and Play Store. After downloading it, press the option Open Bank Account and then fill in your personal data. During the application process you should have with you a valid identification card/passport and a monthly bill of electricity, water, etc., which proves your residence address.
Can I withdraw money from POS terminals?
It suffices for you to have a debit card from the ProCredit Bank and make at least one purchase at ProCredit sale points, afterwards you may withdraw from these points. The maximum amount for withdrawal is up to 200 Euro within the day. See locations here.
